Tower Bridge State of the Event Industry Event - Sees 76% of Event Professionals Believe That Their Events Are On The Up

Tuesday, May 2, 2023 - 12:45

A group of event specialists gathered at Tower Bridge to enjoy a glamorous evening reception at London’s defining landmark and shared their views about the coming year and the state of the events industry. The evening was hosted by Seasoned who are the venue managers and in-house caterers at Tower Bridge.

Guests were asked their predictions on the number of events they were expecting to host now until the end of July, September – November and then the first three months of 2024, against the past three months.

The results showed positivity in the coming three months with 76% of guests believing they would have more events than the past three months, and that post the summer break, the events industry would continue bouncing back with 65% believing they will be hosting more events than they have in the past three months.

However, responses about business for the first three months of 2024 were in the majority, unknown, which underpins what we believe at Seasoned and within the wider events industry that there continues to be a trend towards shorter booking times.
